It may not seem comfortable or healthy to freeze sweets but there are some occasions when you can't do without it. So here's a recipe that can remain appetizing even if frozen and then defrosted. That of tartlets with hazelnut and chocolate cream. They are used to prepare it, shortcrust pastry, even purchased already made, and chocolate hazelnut cream, whether it's Nutella or something else, it doesn't concern us. They should be cooked in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 20-25 minutes and then served or frozen, but only when cold.

Single-portion sweets without cooking

The mini cheesecake and light are perfect when we want tasty single-portion desserts that do not involve turning on the oven. We prepare 40 g of dry biscuits, a spoonful of butter, 100 g of light cream cheese and 250 g of Greek yogurt, 120 g of honey and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Besides vanilla and salt, we prepare 200 g of strawberries and a spoonful of sugar. Once the base and the filling have been prepared, they must be put in the refrigerator in small glasses, decorating them with fresh strawberries and served very cold.
